I grew up in Massachusetts, and lived in Vermont for many years. The San Francisco Bay Area has been my home since 2008.

I attended Oberlin College and The University of Vermont, where I received a degree in studio art and psychology.

I like losing myself in the process of creating. It’s also a fun challenge, like solving a puzzle. And I enjoy how art connects me to other artists, as well as people who enjoy my work.

My sketchbook is full of drawings. I have traveled with it to Austria, Nicaragua, France, Italy, Mexico and around the U.S.
